My daughter, Lucy and I have just returned from the most fabulous week with Sylph at Moulin de Leymonie.
Sylph is a fantastic teacher and her patience knows no bounds.
I am a novice potter and each of my many mistakes became a ‘learning opportunity’…… needless to say, I learned a great deal over the course of the week.
Both Lucy and I have gained so much knowledge and confidence in throwing, trimming, glazing and more. I will never look at a cup handle in the same way again.
Our accommodation was great, our surroundings were beautiful and we have been indulged with superb food and wine. My jeans were definitely a bit tighter on the journey home.
Having both had a few difficult few months before coming to Le Moulin, this was the tonic we needed to reset our lives.
Thank you Sylph for your time, knowledge, patience, kindness and generosity.
I am now off to spend a fortune on all things pottery related.
